Our suggestion: FLAIR ®, because no ozone treatment is necessary and it leads to higher surface tension and to higher adhesion.

FLAIR® has proved before that it can reach extremely high surface energy levels, up to 73 mN/m are possible in principle. Above that adhesion properties are excellent much better than corona even for the same dyne level. We have supplied FLAIR® to both BOPP and CPP producers to date. Very large widths are possible here. Thanks to its compact design, FLAIR® can be integrated into the plant at several points, as required. It is also possible to continue using an older corona in the plant and to install FLAIR® additionally. Of course we recommend a replacement in the long run, because not only the effects are better, but also the operation is cheaper.
